How does business coaching work? 📙
Support generally takes place in several structured stages:
Audit / Initial assessment
The first essential step: a diagnostic interview to understand your current situation, your goals, your blockages, and lay the foundations for the program. Depending on your needs, this audit may include:
- Analysis of your business model
- Review of your offers, prices, communication
- Clarification of your target and your positioning
- Identification of internal brakes (doubts, fears, mental overload)
Individual working sessions
Each session lasts between 1 and 1.5 hours. Depending on the case, we alternate:
- Strategic consulting sessions (action plan, organization, offer structure, sales funnel, tools, automation, etc.)
- And pure coaching phases (decision-making, posture, confidence, alignment, fears related to money or success)
- A moment of meta-analysis to understand things in the third person
- Ideation and innovation or feedback sessions
- Intensive rebound training
- Mastery of the concepts to be mastered and the fundamentals
The schedule is set at the start (weekly, bi-monthly, etc.). Some packages also include intensive days or group workshops.
⚠️ Punctuality: Any delay exceeding 15 minutes without warning will result in the session being cancelled, which will be considered due.
Follow-up between sessions
Support often includes post-session discussions, to stay on track and adjust if necessary:
- By email (questions, feedback, validation of deliverables)
- By SMS or direct messaging (fast support, motivation boost)
- Sharing documents, templates, practical tools as needed
- Call: in case of urgent need or need to communicate in person
4. End of program debriefing
A final session allows you to:
